3.1. Product Availability: All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. Droply reserves the right to discontinue any product or service without notice.

3.2. Service Areas: Delivery services are limited to specific geographic locations. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our service area before placing an order.

3.3. Product Information: Droply strives to provide accurate product information (e.g., price, availability, and ingredients). However, Droply does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Placing Orders: By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to pay the total amount due, including applicable taxes and delivery fees. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4.3. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon successful payment. Droply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or an error is suspected.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1. Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as product availability, traffic, or weather conditions. Droply is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

5.2. Delivery Fees: A delivery fee may apply, and it will be clearly indicated at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

5.3. Failure to Accept Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your order at the designated delivery time and location, Droply reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund or may charge a redelivery fee.

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1. Refund Policy: Droply will offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged, expired, or missing from your order. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.

6.2. Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, such as groceries and pharmacy items, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

7.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to engaging in any unlawful activities, submitting false information, or interfering with the security of the Platform.
