Cancelation Policy

At Droply, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel orders, as well as our rights to cancel orders under certain circumstances.

1. Customer Order Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Window
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Orders
Due to the nature of certain items and services, the following orders cannot be canceled once placed:

  1. Perishable items (e.g., groceries, fresh food, ready-to-eat meals)
  2. Pharmacy products (e.g., medications, personal care items)
  3. Orders scheduled for immediate or same-day delivery

2. Droply Order Cancellations

2.1 Product Unavailability
Droply reserves the right to cancel your order in the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for the unavailable items.

2.2 Delivery Issues
In cases where delivery to the provided address is not possible due to incorrect or inaccessible information, Droply may cancel the order. We will attempt to contact you to resolve any delivery issues before proceeding with a cancellation.

2.3 Suspected Fraudulent Activity
If DCMart suspects that an order has been placed fraudulently or with unauthorized payment methods, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice. You will be notified of the cancellation, and no charges will be applied to your account.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If an order is successfully canceled by Droply for reasons such as product unavailability or delivery issues, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

3.2 Partial Cancellations
If part of your order is canceled (e.g., certain items are unavailable), you will only be refunded for the canceled items, and the remaining items will be delivered as scheduled.

4. Modifications to Orders

At this time, Droply does not allow modifications to orders once they are placed. Please ensure that all details, including items, delivery address, and payment information, are correct before confirming your order.
