At Droply, we are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from our Platform, including shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.

DCMart delivers to Nairobi, which include select cities, towns, and regions. Delivery availability is determined by your location and the type of products you order. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your address at checkout.
1.2 Delivery Outside Service Areas
We currently do not deliver outside the designated service areas. If your address is outside our coverage, you will not be able to complete the order.
2.1 Standard Delivery
Orders placed during normal operating hours are eligible for standard delivery. The delivery window typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on product availability and your location. Standard delivery fees may apply based on your total order value and delivery address.
2.2 Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for certain products and locations. Orders must be placed before 10am to qualify for same-day delivery. This option may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
2.3 Express Delivery
For faster service, Droply offers express delivery for select items. Express delivery ensures that your order arrives within 6 hours after placing it, depending on your location. Express delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
3.1 Fee Structure
Delivery fees are calculated based on your order total and delivery address. Some orders may qualify for free delivery if they meet the minimum order requirement of 500ksh. The exact delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
3.2 Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests (e.g., deliveries to high-security buildings or gated communities requiring extra time). In such cases, Droply will inform you of any additional charges before confirming your order.
4.1 Order Processing

6.1 Incorrect Address
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Droply is not responsible for the delay or failure of delivery. You may be required to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
6.2 Unattended Deliveries
For deliveries requiring a signature or physical presence, Droply will attempt to contact you. If the delivery fails due to the recipient not being available, we will try to re-deliver the order, but additional charges may apply.
6.3 Undeliverable Packages
In rare cases where an order cannot be delivered due to factors outside of our control (e.g., inaccessible delivery locations), Droply reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
7.1 Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact Droply customer support immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7.2 Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by providing photos and a detailed description. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
At this time, Droply does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within our designated service areas.
